Certifications that matter
CE and RoHS are the legal minimum to sell in Switzerland; FCC and ISO 9001 on the manufacturer’s side signal a serious industrial operation. Our whole range carries them — and we provide the datasheets on request, notably for municipal files.
The battery: replaceable or disposable?
The real question to ask before buying. A sealed lamp with a dead battery is waste; our packs are replaceable, and we quote the part on a simple e-mail with the model. That is the difference between a purchase and a consumable.
Warranty and someone to talk to
24 months of warranty, Swiss-based support in your language, 14-day returns to change your mind: written in black and white in our terms — not the promises of a marketplace where the seller vanishes.
The honest price
Our prices include 8.1% Swiss VAT, shipping is free from CHF 150 and freight is included on street lights. Always compare like with like: a price without tax, shipping and warranty is not a price.
