Parcels ship from Swiss stock with tracked delivery, typically 2–4 working days after payment. Shipping is free from CHF 150; below that we charge CHF 9.90 flat. Street lights (ELS-DP) travel by freight, included in the price, 5–10 working days.
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging. Write to us first, we send you the return instructions; refund follows within 10 days of receiving the item back. Return shipping is at your cost except for defective items.
All products carry a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Batteries are wear parts: their capacity naturally decreases with cycles; a defect is covered, normal ageing is not. For any claim, one e-mail with photos is enough to open the case.
